  • Fluent, high-level English proficiency – absolutely essential; you’ll be using it every day in spoken and written communication with international leads,
  • Genuine curiosity or understanding of complex service-based offerings – this is not a simple product sale with a quick transaction and small volume; you’ll be helping clients navigate tailored, high-impact digital solutions,

  • Fluency in Polish (B2+) & English (B2+)
  • Knowledge of business etiquette and how to handle initial client conversations professionally

  • Previous experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
