B2B contract: 10,000 – 16,000 PLN net

What do you need to get this position?

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
  • Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful methods: GET, POST, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
  • Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
  • Familiarity with test management tools
  • Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
  • Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
  • Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
  • Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
  • Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
  • Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Git
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
  • Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
  • Fluency with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
  • B2+ level of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to break down requirements and uncover edge cases
  • Comfortable challenging business logic and identifying gaps in acceptance criteria
  • Skilled in translating requirements into clear, testable scenarios
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, BAs and PO to review requirements and user stories

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive in identifying risks and improvement opportunities in testing processes
  • Effective collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers
  • Curious and eager to understand the business context of the product
  • Self-organized and able to manage tasks in a self-managing team environment
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
  • Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
  • Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
  • Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
