What do you need to get this position?
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
- Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful methods: GET, POST, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
- Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
- Familiarity with test management tools
- Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
- Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
- Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
- Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
- Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
- Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
- Basic knowledge of Git
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
- Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
- Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
- Fluency with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
- B2+ level of English (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical mindset; ability to break down requirements and uncover edge cases
- Comfortable challenging business logic and identifying gaps in acceptance criteria
- Skilled in translating requirements into clear, testable scenarios
- Ability to work with stakeholders, BAs and PO to review requirements and user stories

- Proactive in identifying risks and improvement opportunities in testing processes
- Effective collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers
- Curious and eager to understand the business context of the product
- Self-organized and able to manage tasks in a self-managing team environment
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
- Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
- Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
- Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
