🚀 What do you need to get this position?

  • 3+ years of B2B international sales experience (preferably in IT services sector)
  • Ability to build valuable, stable, and lasting business relationships with clients thanks to your interpersonal skills
  • Consultative selling approach, and know-how in selling complex services
  • Understanding the client’s point of view, ability to give them valuable support instead of pointless mentions
  • Drive to not only sell, but also to consult solutions and help customers achieve their business goals
  • Client-centered approach
  • Focus on teamwork over individual benefits
  • Ability to comprehensively analyse the situation, draw conclusions and transform them into solutions tailored to clients’ needs
  • Negotiation skills, ability to reach new stakeholders
  • Proactivity and constant looking for improvements in sales processes
  • Cooperation with other teams (legal, marketing) and proposing new solutions (e.g. ideas for particular client-centered campaign)
  • Motivation for constant development of your competences and share them with colleagues
  • Hands-on experience with CRM
  • Focus on working with modern sales tools and metrics
  • Openness to international business trips to clients which are the crucial part of sales tactics
  • Ability to work from the office once a week
  • Fluency in English (C1), both spoken and written (we cooperate with foreign clients from the Middle East, the United States or Western Europe)

  • Active participation in the sales process. That means qualifying opportunities; consulting possibilities with dedicated business and technical roles; prioritizing sales opportunities; closing deals; signing contracts and presenting ready solutions.

  • Creating strategy and tactics for each client's cooperation.

  • Cooperation within interdisciplinary teams responsible for preparing proposals for clients (Business Analysts, Developers, Designers working together).
  • Work in a modern CRM environment (Salesforce ecosystem) with sales tools such as funnels, journey maps, personas etc.
  • Possibilities of representing Boldare at international meetings, trade fairs, conferences.
  • Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
  • Regular face-to-face meetings with the team and business trips to international clients. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite team meetings and business trips are the essential part of Boldare sales tactics.
